Winters exist, so we can appreciate summer, and I believe that our lows teach us our resilience to come back stronger and wiser. Last year has been tough for all of us, but I believe it taught us to appreciate the little things in life that we take for granted, including this beautiful earth that we inhabit. With that in mind, I painted this piece to appreciate the peaks and valleys metaphorically and physically.
